Because we were late in leaving Bozeman. We were able to stop in Gillette, Wyoming
And we got to stay with Kelly and Laura.So that was super special!
THURSDAY:
Carmel showing off all that she has done to my wedding dress.So, when we saw Julias awesome scarf. I knew I wanted to learn to knit so I could make one.
BUT, when Steven heard me ask Daka about making it. He said 'I was going to learn to knit to make that for you'..... So mom was shocked and suddenly had TWO students! :)
Mom helping us figure out this whole casting on thing.
That night we were not as interested in the card game as we were in knitting.Steven working on his dishcloth and Candy on figuring out how to knit.
Darren & Carmel were interested in listening to the Husker Volleyball game.
Steven (and Katrina) were working on the dishcloth that Daka said Steven should make just to get knitting figured out.
That evening we made it to the boys basketball game.I LOVE the 'clown' pants!

What a fun fun post! You and Steven knitting together in the evenings in your rocking chairs...it somehow doesn't fit the "just married" image!! :) Tee hee...the cool thing is how much fun the two of you have together!!!!
