Snowshoeing Lava Lake 3/28/09

There was a 'field pot luck' and then a few of us went snowshoeing.

I love how the one tree that is bent over has all the snow on it.

Steven stayed home to study.

You can tell where the streams are when there is snow.

The air was warm and causing the snow to fall off the branches. I love this picture cause you can see where there are branches above the snow.

Bobcat Challenge 3/27/09

So, the bobcat challenge was a bunch of quirky challenges.
We thought it would be fun to put together a team.

started with a 6 legged race.

on to a swim relay..
Steven & Devin were awesome and did twice as much so the girls didn't get wet! :)

this one they could just use a kick board

and then a t-shirt race.. that they had to trade between swimmers

and a jello eating contest.
two suckers (actually I think there were a lot of us that were suckers for competing :))
one that held the bottom of the tube.
and two 'mushers'

I don't think any of us will be craving peach jello any time soon! :)

There were also free group fitness classes. this is just of champ spinning.

one dropped 13 balls in 30 seconds and the person on the bottom had to let it bounce once and catch it in the bucket on their head. fun!

we made it. but we don't have any pictures of us, as Eli had left! :)

it was SOOO much fun. a great way to spend a Friday night! :D

Well, it seems like I've put a little more time into our blog lately. Which has lead to blog surfing. And it may get me into trouble! :) So this is what I stumbled upon.
